Gerardo Espinosa Rodríguez

AI Implementation Lead

From diagnosis to adoption: AI working inside the daily operation, in 14-day cycles.

I come from the other side of the table: 7+ years operating healthtech companies in Mexico, up to general management. My first AI client was my own operation.

04Method

System & solution in 14 days

The same delivery model every time — eight steps from first diagnosis to a team that runs the system on its own.

  1. Diagnosis

    01 / 08

Where the operation loses time and money.

  2. Process mapping

    02 / 08

The workflow as it actually happens — not as the org chart says.

  3. Data audit

    03 / 08

What the data can support today, and what it can't yet.

  4. Build

    04 / 08

On top of the operation's own tools — no SaaS shoehorning.

  5. Supervised pilot

    05 / 08

Runs next to the real process, with a human in the loop.

  6. Evaluation

    06 / 08

    Before/after comparison against the baseline.

  7. Rollout

    07 / 08

Cutover with documentation and a rollback plan.

  8. Training

    08 / 08

The team runs it without me — that's the goal.

AI Implementation Consultant · Independent

Independent delivery, plus a partner network with Sonora Cloud under a development-subcontracting model. In parallel with running Dentrilab until May 2026; full-time since.

14-day delivery model: automated reporting, follow-ups, data cleanup and business monitoring for owners and executive teams — with a before/after comparison documented on every delivery.

Oral & maxillofacial radiology and lab serving a regional network of dentists and clinics in northwest Mexico. GM since 2023: $4–5M MXN annual revenue, 12–15% yearly growth, COFEPRIS-regulated.

My own operation was my first AI client: full digital back-office (ERP, CRM, point of sale) that removed 25 h/week of manual admin work, plus a CAD/CAM manufacturing system evolved across three tech generations (+21% gross margin).

2017 — 2019

Co-founder & CEO · Montelo 3D

Mexican startup: 3D-printed anatomical models for high-specialty surgical planning. Won the first national tender for surgical-planning 3D models in Mexico (IMSS La Raza) and raised $1.2M MXN in seed capital.
