I'm a biomedical engineer from Los Mochis, Mexico. For the last eight years I've been building and running healthtech companies from the operator's seat — hiring, P&L, capital, regulation, go-to-market.
I co-founded Dentrilab, an oral pathology lab and dental radiology network across northwest Mexico, and Montelo 3D, a surgical 3D-printing company that raised $9.2M MXN and was nominated for MIT Tech Review Innovators Under 35.
In the last 18 months I rebuilt how I work around Claude, Next.js and Supabase. The same problems I used to solve with three people and a spreadsheet I now solve alone in a weekend.
I'm closing my operator chapter in Mexico and looking for one full-time remote role where this combination — operator who ships software — actually compounds.
